fine wine
Fine Wine has outperformed almost every other major financial index over the past two decades.

However, it is important to first know that the majority of wine produced in the world is meant for consumption, rather than for investments. It is estimated that about 90% of all wine produced in the world are meant to be consumed within a year of the production, and 99% of wine within 5 years. These are wines that you shouldn’t even keep for a long time, let alone invest in.

Even among wines that are meant to be aged and kept for years, not all can be considered for investment. Across the tens of thousands of wine producers around the world, only about 250 produce investment grade fine wines. It’s also estimated that about 90% of investment grade wines are produced in Bordeaux, France.

Below are a list of vintages we invested in and their respective scores with Wine Advocate-Parker.

rare arts

The fine art market is booming: Seems like every day, another auction record is set for “the highest price ever paid [fill in artist’s name here].” So what does that mean for the painting you bought to match your sofa a few years back? It may increase in worth, or it may be as saleable as your kid’s pasta-filled craft project.

So how do you tell? The art market is fickle, and there are no guarantees of profitability, but with our extensive partnerships with several experience professional Fine Art Valuers in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, we are able to streamline our search for the next prized art pieces.

Previous success investments include art pieces from various artists such as Amy Sherald, Lee Lozano, Guillermo Kuitca, Piero Manzoni and Ida Applebroog.
